Moadim (pl) – A moed is a designated time appointed by Yah (God's nic name of old).
"God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide day from night;
and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years". (Gen.1:14)

As well, a designated time to meet with Yahweh
whether by a divinely appointed visitation,
or a by a significant time of His calling for us to pay attention
